Lupie is a shih tzu (at least in part) and is almost 9 years old. He was born in Puerto Rico, but his owner left the island after a series of earthquakes in late 2019 and early 2020, and left Lupie and four other dogs with a neighbor. He was eventually rehomed through "Homeward Trails," which flew him and other dogs to Virginia for adoption. His new family adores him.
His favorite toy is a small lambchop stuffed toy, and his favorite activity is to relax with his humans. In fact, he is scared to be alone, and follows his family members all day long. Don't let that natural smirk fool you; Lupie is a sweet and lovable little guy.
